Saturday 11th September
Tired this morning. Nearly didn't go for a run but in the end summoned up the energy to get sorted and off in the car to Banstead Wood. Arrived just as the run was starting. So I started right at the back. Which meant I overtook lots of people. Enjoyed that. Enjoyed the whole run. Glad I went.
Finished cleaning the bedroom ceiling. Listened to music. Tomorrow need to fill the cracks.
Need a massage.
We are growing tomatoes against the back wall of the house.
