Thursday 16th September.

Last night prepared two dishes for a tasting in the office. Actually Val did the shopping and peeled the garlic and washed the tomatoes, peppers and mushroom. All I had to do was cut the peppers, combine the ingredients, and cook 'em. So ... brought them in to the office and at 11am ...

We ate them. Taste session went well. I served stuffed mushrooms and stuffed peppers.

At lunchtime I went for a short walk to the Barbican and took a few photos. Here's one of the ceiling.

In the evening walked back to London Bridge but on the route I plan to cycle. Need to check out the one way system and the cycle routes. Went in to Borough Market which is where I plan to collect a bike from most mornings.
