Fri 20th August.

Feeling a lot better. Had today booked as a day's leave ... originally so we could go to a music festival. Instead I went for a 7 mile run ... with the camera! I don't usually take a camera with me when I am running. I've got a Nikon D90 which is much to big for running and a Canon PowerShot G9 which is a sort of compact but really too big to carry when running. Still I was pleased to capture some shots of my route.

In this shot the blur is because I am running SO VERY FAST.

Later I used this photo as part of the design of my running blog.

It dawned on me later that I should WALK my running route if I want to get some good shots!

Ideally I'd like a small light waterproof and smashproof camera that I could take anywhere. But would such a camera take decent shots?
