Took this photo for Utata Iron Photographer - three elements: root vegetable, metal, high key lighting. Not sure I caught the last element.

Also took this photo as poor Val is on an exclusion diet. All she is allowed to eat for 2 weeks is potato, carrot, turkey, peach and sunflower seeds and sunflower seed oil!
